Now that I live back where I should, I can reflect on where I once lived. One of the best parts about living in Boston was my sweet commute to work. It was a 5 minute commuter train ride to South Station. Commute 'home' with me from South Station to Back Bay from with a view from the vestibule. I-90 is in the background.
Not Simba and Nala ... the Lions Clubs International came to Boston last summer. All 10,000+ of them in Lion-logo wear. The Omaha Chapter should give up on the matching shirts, shorts, sneakers because the delegates from Japan had the best, hands down. On Saturday morning they marched in their parade: bands, flags, twirlers, dancers, parasols, you name it. The oddest part were the go-carts. Grown men (some too grown) sitting in fancy carts doing figure eights down Boylston. Can someone tell me what go-carts have to do with the volunteer service organization?
